Session may be cancelled due to weather conditions which can impact the effectiveness of the training provided or may affect the dog’s health. The training session can then be rebooked for another date suitable.
Cancellations are acceptable up to 48 hours before the session, if cancelled under 48 hours, customer is eligible to pay for the session. If you do wish to cancel, you must notify us by text or email (no need to give reasons of why).
Payment must be made before booking in a time and date for the first or next session.
Payment can be made in; cash, bank transfer or card reader however must be paid at the time of booking the time and date of the session.
Sessions are an hour long however in certain circumstances may go under or over time limit where needed.
Travel costs may apply if/when making a house visit which will be discussed before booking.
